Clarification on CBSE Affiliation of Global Indian International School Surat

In response to recent news reports speculating that Global Indian International School (GIIS) has lost its CBSE affiliation, Global Schools Group would like to clarify the facts.

The Global Indian International School, Surat ceased operations due to operational challenges during the COVID-19 period. The Global Schools Group had duly informed the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) at that time and formally requested the cancellation of the school’s affiliation. Consequently, the affiliation was revoked as part of the standard process.
